How soon can I expect to see results from using HAiREM?

Results vary by individual. Consistency is key and used as directed, you can expect to see the following results:

Month One – Grey hair will begin gradually darkening and blending in with your natural hair color. HAiREM contains no chemicals or dyes, it uniquely darkens grey hair but has little no no effect on the natural hair color, even if you have light or blond hair.

Month Three – Your hair will be thicker fuller looking hair by month three.

Month Six – Hair will be denser, fuller and have a lustrous sheen.

After month six, once you start seeing your hair appearing fuller and thicker, we suggest applying the serum once every 3 days. This should be an adequate maintenance routine to keep your hair healthy and looking amazing.

How do I apply HAiREM?

HAiREM is a leave-in serum that can be applied to dry hair, or clean damp, towel-dried hair.  For best results, HAiREM should be left in all day and/or night to allow the serum to absorb into your scalp.  The serum can also be applied BOTH day and night.

Apply a small amount of serum to hairline, crown and other areas that you desire hair growth and to darken grey hair.   Lightly massage with fingertips to evenly distribute the serum. Allow approximately 5-10 minutes for serum to dry. Style your hair as usual, this will leave your hair soft, silky, and radiant. It will not make your hair greasy or odiferous.

For best results apply the leave-in serum daily.

How long do I leave HAiREM on my scalp?

HAiREM is a leave-in serum that can be left in all day and/or night. Additionally, HAiREM can be applied to clean damp, towel-dried hair or dry hair and left on overnight.

Does it make my hair feel sticky?

No. Once HAiREM is applied to the scalp, it takes approximately 5-10 minutes to dry, and may be styled on wet or dry hair. It leaves the hair shiny and soft.

Can I use this if I color my hair?

Yes. HAiREM will not interfere with the effects of hair colorants.

If I stop using HAiREM will I experience excessive hair fall?

If you stop using HAiREM the natural botanical actives will cease providing any benefits. This is a gradual process and will not immediately result in excessive hair fall.

How long will a bottle of HAiREM last?

One bottle (2 fl oz) of HAiREM enough for about one month’s worth of daily use. However, it may last longer if you are using the serum to only treat spots or specific areas.

Does HAiREM have a scent?


Yes, HAiREM – Botanical Hair Growth Serum has a slight rosemary scent. No added fragrance.

Does HAiREM work on all hair types, including ethnic types such as African American hair and/or colored hair?

HAiREM has been developed to work with all hair types, including ethnic and colored hair.

Can I use HAiREM if I have sensitive skin on colored or dyed hair?

Yes. HAiREM contains no chemicals or dyes and can be used on sensitive skin. However, as a precaution, those with sensitive skin issues we do recommend you place a small amount of the serum on your wrist to assure the safety of the serum.

Should you experience irritation or redness please discontinue use.

What are the most common negative side effects?

To date, there have been no recorded serious side effects from individuals using HAiREM.

As a precaution, you can place a drop of HAiREM on your wrist to determine if you have a negative reaction to this application.

Can I use if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

Yes. HAiREM is a natural botanical serum. As such, the serum does not contain  BHT/BHA, drugs, synthetic colorants, chemicals, sulfates, parabens, phthalates, dyes, waxes, added fragrances, or formaldehyde/formaldehyde releasers.

Is this website and my information secure?

Yes. When you place an order through our website, you are using a safe and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 128-bit encrypted order form. Your contact information and credit card number are transmitted directly to our secure merchant database and the nationwide banking network for authorization.

Contact information protection is provide by password authorized access, 128-bit encryption software, firewalls, and other state-of-the-art security measures to ensure correct and safe use of data.

If I order from you, will you sell my name and information to another company?

Absolutely not! In over 10 years of doing business, we have never sold and never will sell our customers’ names or other information to any other company or individual. We hold our customer information in the strictest privacy.

What should I do if my HAiREM shipment does not arrive when expected?

In our experience, shipments of HAiREM may on occasion be lost in transit, delivered to a wrong address, simply picked up by family members when collecting the mail, held by your local Post Office for some unexplained reason, or returned to us because of some difficulty in attempted delivery.

If your shipment does not arrive when expected, please first check the USPS tracking report you received by email when your package was shipped. You may find that your package is still on its way to your city or even out for delivery from your local post office. These reports may not update for 24 hours or longer.

If the tracking report indicates your shipment was delivered, please check with family members, neighbors and your postal carrier to see if you can locate the package. If it appears that your package has been lost in shipment, please email or call 888-400-0435.

Does the HAiREM shipping package reveal what is inside?

No. HAiREM is shipped in unmarked boxes without any logo or product identification on the package or mailing label.

How does Autoship work? Can I make changes to my account?

When purchasing an “auto ship” bottle, you will automatically be billed and shipped another bottle in 30 days (or however many days you choose). You may also select to have your autoship order sent on the same day every month.

If you would like to change your shipment schedule, put your autoship on hold for awhile, or add another bottle(s) to your order, please email or call 888-400-0435.

If you would like to cancel your autoship at any time, for any reason, you can email us at Support@greatlifenow or call 888-400-0435. If you have an email address on file, you will receive an email confirmation of the cancellation.

What is your Customer Guarantee and refund policy?

We are confident you will be very happy with HAiREM. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, just return the unused portion of our product with your name and address within 90 days of your purchase date. No Return Authorization Number required. Upon receipt, we will refund your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 24 hours of receiving your return (except on weekends). Refunds typically take an additional 3 to 4 business days to show on your card statement.
